I couldn't believe my luck when they upgraded us to a room on the 22nd floor with a breathtaking view of the mountains and partial ocean. Unfortunately, there was a shut-out blind, but the room now boasts full-sized balconies with cozy patio chairs and tables, making the stay extra special.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with excellent kitchen appliances, but some items like cutlery and pans could use replacement. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members being outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. However, they missed doing some light dish cleaning. The location was perfect for quick access to Waikiki but lacked nearby dining options as expected in a marina setting. The dining experience was excellent at Cinnamons, but limited dining options were available outside the hotel. The facilities offered were modern and convenient, catering to various needs.
My stay at the hotel was truly a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, despite not fully matching the booking description, were surprisingly spacious and had all the facilities one could require. The pool right outside my room (228) was a great bonus. However, there were some issues with the service and location that impacted my overall experience.
The hotel provides a nice experience overall with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, the extra resort fee adds to the expenses. Having a kitchen and cooking supplies in the room, along with complimentary cookies and water, was a convenient touch.

The service is great and helpful throughout the stay, with friendly and kind staff. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the main Waikiki strip and close to the beach. The dining options are good, although limited to outside the hotel. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing vacation.
